[TinyLogin] additional options for adduser

I made a small patch to add some extra options to adduser.  In
particular, the --disabled-password option allows scripts to create UIDs
for system daemons without being prompted to interactively enter a
password.  The others are --ingroup, which places the user in an
already-extant group rather than creating a new one; --no-create-home,
which simply does what the name suggests; and --system, which is
accepted for compatibility with other implementations of adduser but
doesn't have any effect.
