[TinyLogin] Tinylogin->enable 'su' for a user

Hi everyone,

I need some information on how to enable 'su' for a user other than root. I
am able to add a user using adduser command
but when I do a 'su' I get an error message    "su: This applet requires
root privileges".

What changes do I have to make to get the access to 'su'?
